Our process
You’ll know what happens each week, what we need from you and what you own at the end. These timings are for a typical site of 5 to 10 pages.
PLACEHOLDER: confirm the timeline, the number of revision rounds and the handover items below.
The timeline
A video call about what you sell and who buys it. Then a fixed-price quote with the page list, the dates and what we need from you. Nothing starts until you accept it.
You send your logo, photos and notes on each service. Bullet points are fine. We write the final French and English text and send it back for your review.
We design the homepage in both languages and show it to you on a phone and on a computer. You request changes, we revise it, and we agree on the look before building the rest.
We build every page, set up the forms, the cookie banner and the privacy policy, and test on real phones. We also redirect your old addresses so you don’t lose visitors.
We launch, connect Google Search Console and record a walkthrough of how to edit your pages. Then we stay reachable for questions during the first weeks.
Your part
Most delays come from waiting on content. Gathering these early keeps the dates real.
If you have them. If not, we’ll work with what you do have and tell you what’s missing.
Real photos of your work, your space and your team. If you don’t have them, we send a short list of what to take on a phone.
What it includes, who it’s for and what it costs, if you want prices shown. Rough notes are enough.
Someone who approves text and design, ideally within a few days, so the project keeps moving.
Revisions
You get two rounds of changes on the design and one on the finished pages, all included in the quote.
If you want a third round or something new added, we quote it before we start, so the total never changes without your agreement.
At the end
Tell us about your business and we’ll send a written quote.
